About Your Mentor

Venika Wadhwa, CFA, is the founder and lead mentor at Rankers Financial Academy. Unlike career trainers, she brings a rare combination of deep academic credentials and 12+ years of real-world industry experience to the mentorship.

As a CFA charterholder (since 2019), Venika has both the subject matter expertise and the industry context to guide students through the CFA curriculum with real-world examples — not textbook repetition.

Her professional career spans fintech, edtech, healthtech, and consulting — including analytics leadership roles at Smallcase, Byju's Exam Prep (Gradeup), Credihealth, and The Smart Cube. She has led teams in financial analytics, data-driven strategy, and business intelligence — the very skills the CFA program tests.

Venika currently also teaches Personal Finance at University School of Automation and Robotics (GGSIPU) and has taught International Economics at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
