Venika Wadhwa, CFA, is the lead instructor at Rankers Financial Academy. She brings a rare combination of deep academic credentials and real-world industry experience to the classroom.
As a CFA charterholder (since 2019), Venika has both the subject matter expertise and the teaching aptitude to guide students through the rigour of the CFA curriculum.
Her professional career spans 12+ years across fintech, edtech, healthtech, and consulting — including leadership roles at Smallcase, Byju's Exam Prep (Gradeup), Credihealth, and The Smart Cube. She has worked extensively in financial analytics, data-driven decision-making, and business strategy — the very skills the CFA program tests.
Venika currently also teaches Personal Finance at University School of Automation and Robotics (GGSIPU) and has taught International Economics at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology.
